Jennifer Michelle “Ginnifer” Goodwin is an American actress. She is known for playing Margene Heffman in the Big Love drama series, Snow White in the fantasy series Once Upon a Time and Judy Hopps in the Disney Zootropolis animated film.
Jennifer Michelle Goodwin, Professionally Known as Ginnifer Goodwin, was born on May 22, 1978, in Memphis, Tennessee. Fall for acting and theater during high school years, made her television debut of the popular “Law & Order” series and soon secured a recurring role in “Ed”. She next starred in “Ramona and Beezus”, “Something Borrowed”, and lent her voice to the 2015 “Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast” as Fawn.
Goodwin’s portraying role as Mary Margaret Blanchard / Snow White on the ABC’s fairy tale drama series “Once Upon a Time” was the one that catapulted her to stardom. It earned her Teen Choice Award nominations for three consecutive years; 2012, 2013, and 2014 in addition to two People’s Choice Award nominations in 2013 and 2014.
Goodwin married her “Once Upon a Time” co-star Josh Dallas on April 12, 2014. They are parents to one child, a son, born in May 2014. She used to be a vegan, but gave it up due to health issues. On that, she explained, “I’m always learning and growing and changing and there were some boring health issues, and so I did actually have to work some animal products back into my diet.
